Charley Bowers was born in Hoquiam, Washington, and moved with his parents to the Tri-Cities when he was one-year old. He was in the first graduating class from Southridge High School in Kennewick, Washington, where he was Scholar Athlete of the Year and graduated with honors. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University in 2002, with a degree in Business Administration, while majoring in Business Law. His senior year at WSU he received the College of Business and Economics Outstanding Undergraduate award. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.
He has a strong background in real estate and title insurance. His father managed a local title insurance company for over 30 years, where Charley worked as a title insurance clerk prior to attending WSU, and then as a junior title insurance officer from 2002-2003. Charley also served as a teacher’s assistant in the legal research and writing department for the University of Idaho College of Law.
Charley has been with Rettig Osborne Forgette, LLP since 2006. His areas of practice include real property and liens, business law, personal injury, general civil litigation, landlord/tenant, and family law. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2006, and the United States District Court, Eastern District, in 2007.
